What Is is?

Private yoga lessons offer you the ability to focus on personal
interests, concerns or goals. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows you to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength, meditation, or exploring all aspects of yoga.

Who Is It For?

It’s for students who want to find a great way to deepen their yoga practice, study self, enhance skills, and engage in self care. 

If you are new to yoga, this is a fantastic way to learn the fundamentals of the practice. Private yoga sessions are thoughtfully tailored to meet your specific needs.

What Should I Expect

Each class is catered around you and your needs. Ask questions to enhance your learning. 

The results you see depend on the time you put in. Be patient and see how you blossom!

Who Am I, What's My Experience?

4th Friday/ Monthly

I’ve been studying yoga and have had a home/life practice for over 20 years. I first applied yoga breath work when I was in my teens.

I’m also certified with yoga alliance with a background as an assistant physiotherapist and personal trainer. 2019 Reader’s Choice: Life Coach – Gold ; Yoga Centre – Platinum.
